Consultation session [free] consultation is free for your first session this allows me to have a chat with you so we can set goals and i can get to know a bit about you. after the chat i will then do some test, these could be checking you strength, mobility or overall fitness. 1 to 1 sessions, there’s a couple of different packages available on the 1 to 1 sessions. 1st package it meet once a week for the next five weeks. 2nd package is meet twice a week for the next five weeks. the 3rd package is meet 3 times a week for the next five weeks. head over to packages now to see prices
Pay as you go, pay as you go is a option on 5 week block plans. This has to be requested from me. To do this head over to contact and get in touch either by WhatsApp or Gmail.
